In the car the other day we were listening to Christmas music. Asher asked us,
"Mom, what is a mistletoe"? Without evening flinching Graham said, "It is a toe with a missle in it" LOL We laughed soooo hard! I just love it when Graham gets talking:))
The week before Christmas Bob and Nena brought over this really cool ginger bread house made out of cardboard for the boys to color. It was really cool and fun to color!
Christmas Eve we went on a hike to try to get the boys tired. We succeeded. We thought it would be a 2 mile hike but it ended up being closer to 4:) Oh well, they were supper well behaved that night at the family party;))
Christmas was wonderful! We really had a great time. So much that the day post Christmas felt more like a Christmas Hangover than anything;) Christmas Eve we have the tradition to go to Scottys parents house for a Christmas Eve party. Matt and Tara came along with us. It was fun to see family and friends. Then Matt and Tara came home with us for a sleep over:) Christmas morning we opened presents at our house and then had Church at 11am. After church we hurried down to canyon country for a family party on the LaBass side. After that party we drove back to Newbury Park to open presents with Nena and Bob. We got home just exhausted. But we sure had fun.
We really focused on Christ this month to get the boys ready for Christmas. There were 4 Mondays this month so for Family Home Evening we made Christ the topic. Week one we learne about the birth of Christ. Week two we did the life of Christ. Week three we did His death and resurrection. And week four we will do His second coming. The Christmas spirit has been really strong this year. They boys have gotten into the spirit of giving too. One day they had hand picked some of their very favorite toys and wrapped them before I knew what they were doing. Then they were asking me to drive them to a certain boys house so they could leave the presents at the door, ring and run. So we did. It was so fun and they really felt good after it. They both bought gifts for everyone in the family and were so excited to have everyone open those gifts. They sure are growing up fast. We feel very blessed to have our sweet kids. And we are very grateful for our Savior and for his perfect example for us! 
Graham and Pepper love to snuggle. It was so funny last night because when they were in the bath Pepper wouldn't stop giving Graham hugs. I had to Kodak the moment:)))
Here is our family picture tree this year. We love to put pictures of the past year instead of ornaments. We find ourselves constantly looking at the pictures and laughing at the memories!!

This is Grahams soccer team from last season and our end of year party. We got a blow up slide and had some yummy food. 
More pics of Scotty on his night riding buddies. He had a night ride almost every week this year. He loves it!
We love to watch Pepper walk around. We spend lots of time just watching her :D
