Welcome Pepper Ciarallo LaBass

Pepper Ciarallo is here!!! If you are confused on how to say her middle name it is like this: Ser-e-llo. That was my grandmas maiden name. Here is the story. . . I had a regular appointment with my doctor on the 1st of November. My due date was the
4th. I was huge and ready to be done being pregnant. My doctor asked me about the "kick count" that I was doing for Pepper. I noticed that she wasn't moving all that much so the doctor sent me to the hospital to do a stress test just to make sure that she was OK. When I got to the hospital they hooked me up and monitored how many times Pepper moved and how many contractions I was having. After they were done they told me that Pepper was moving just fine but that I was having contractions every two minutes. Hummm. I could feel them but not very much so they sent me to Labor and Delivery just to be monitored for a bit longer. After 30 minutes of watching my contractions the doctor told me that I was in labor but my contractions weren't strong enough to throw me into active labor. She then asked me if I wanted to have the baby that day. Of coarse I said yes and so they moved me into the delivery room. They hooked me up to the pit and then broke my water. Then they gave me my epidural. After I started dilating it took about 2 hours before I was ready to have the baby. After a few pushes my sweet baby Pepper was out!!!! Pepper weighed 6lbs and 9oz. She was 19 1/2 inchs long. She was born at 11:46pm on Nov. 1st. 2010. I love her soooo much. She is so wonderful. She is a very easy baby and very mellow.

I was very blessed to have my mom and dad at my house for 3 weeks after Pepper was born. They basically took care of all the house chores, food, laundry and Asher and Graham so I could recover and enjoy my Pepper. Now Pepper is a month old and growing fast. Here are a few pics of the whole experience:))
Welcome baby Pepper!!!
